As a partner located close to Roissy Charles De Gaulle and Orly airports, but also present throughout the world, IFMA has developed a training range for both its partners and customers and for the Group’s employees. IFMA brings all its experience and expertise to bear in staff training.
IFMA offers flexible training solutions in the classroom or in the company to meet all budgets and needs. Our unique industry insight guarantees that our diplomas and courses are effective.
Vocational training but also training in regulatory compliance, which is essential to the aviation business - training in dangerous goods, safety and security training –is provided by teams of experienced instructors, qualified by the French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) or by IATA. IFMA also offers coaching and practice sessions for all of these training areas.
In addition to its training classrooms for the theory work, IFMA also has direct airside apron access so that trainees can carry out practical training directly on the aircraft.

IFMA is IATA accredited for training in air transport of Regulated Dangerous Goods. This worldwide reference label guarantees recognised, high-quality training.
Our ISO 9001/14001 and OHSAS 18001 Quality certifications guarantee a high-performance organisation system. There are two major objectives: reinforce the quality of our services to improve your satisfaction on a day-to-day basis and continue to promote safety and security.
The training provided by IFMA to obtain driver’s licenses for the aprons and manoeuvring areas of CDG and Orly airports are accredited by the DGAC (Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile – French Civil Aviation Authority) and soon, by the ADP Group (Groupe Aéroport de Paris) .
This IATA standard lists the safety requirements necessary for the correct performance of ground operations. It covers all areas: Passenger handling, Load Control - Traffic, Ramp, Aircraft handling and Loading, Baggage and Cargo handling. These are key requirements heavily dependent on training: to improve the quality, safety and efficiency of operations, as well as to reduce the risk of accidents and damage to aircraft.
As a CSCE member since its creation, IFMA guarantees certified and standardised training. This is a collective and voluntary initiative by employers to reinforce the security of airport operations.
